This is an application for bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 174 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 352, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of firing on the informant causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation is attributed against him and injuries are simple in nature and he is in custody since 30.7.2017. Further submission is that though he is accused in 12 other cases but most of the cases are old cases and few cases are of the year 2015 and he is on bail in those cases.

No.52524 of 2017 (3) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 174 of 2015, subject to the following conditions :
(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court and on failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine ground or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
