Patna High Court CWJC No.16741 of 2015 dt.15-10-2015 - 2 - In view of the fact that out of the total assessed amount of entry tax amounting to about Rs. 1.23 Crores, petitioner has admittedly deposited about Rs. 1.07 Crores, and the matter is before Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeals), Central Division, Patna, which is likely to be heard on 17th of October 2015.
