The petitioner retired while working as Professor in Murarka College, Sultanganj, a constituent unit of Tilka

Patna High Court CWJC No.16467 of 2015 dt.05-05-2016 2/3 Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, with effect from 31.03.1995. He has sought for the following reliefs in the present writ application:- (i) the arrears of difference of pension and relief from April, 1995 to March, 2007, with merged 50 per cent Dearness relief in the basic pension with effect from 01.01.2005;

(ii) the arrears of difference of pension and relief from April, 2007 to July, 2012, in the revised scale of pay of 2006;

(iii) 20 per cent additional pension with effect from 21.03.2015 of the basic pension in the revised scale of pay of 2006;

(iv) Arrears of difference of salary and Dearness Allowance for the period July, 1982 to March, 1995.

Considering the nature of the grievances raised, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (respondent no.

5) to ensure that entire amount which is found to be admissible to the petitioner against various heads, as noted above, are cleared within a period of three months from the
