In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.1063 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 385, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Basically the present dispute is in between landlord and the tenant. The parties have settled their dispute and filed an application before the court below and both the parties are Advocates.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory

No.42130 of 2019(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.1063 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
