The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 132 of 2021 registered under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of the seizure list, it is evident that the alleged recovery has been made from the open field. Petitioner has no concern with the same.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
