Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 11.04.2018 passed by Bihar Waqf Tribunal, Patna in Waqf Appeal No. 08 of 2018 by which the tribunal has stayed the

Patna High Court C.R. No.109 of 2019 dt.24-10-2019 2/2 functioning of validly constituted Management Committee of Waqf Estate No. 2683 by Resolution No. 41 dated 15.02.2018 of the Waqf Board, notified vide Memo No. 566 dated 01.03.2018.

It has been submitted on behalf of counsel for the petitioner in presence of counsel for the Waqf board that the argument before the Tribunal has already been concluded and final decision in appeal is to be passed by the Waqf Board Tribunal, as such, without entering into the merit of present civil revision, this revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the Waqf Tribunal to finally hear the appeal and disposed of the same within 01 (one) month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of order passed by this court.

This civil revision petition is disposed of.
