2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 448, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with farsa. Doctor has found injury grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1st Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.
