JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 This application has been filed praying for correction of the typographical error occurring at page 1 of the order dated 15.7.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.15615 of 2010 wherein the number of rifle has been incorrectly mentioned at 'Rifle No.803030-315' in place of 'Rifle No. 803036-315'. Perusal of the pleadings made in the writ petition confirms the grievance.

In the circumstances, let the description of the rifle so mentioned at page 1 of the order dated 15.7.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.15615 of 2010 be modified to read as 'Rifle No. 803036-315' in place of 'Rifle No.803030-315' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced accordingly.

This application is allowed.
