The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 227/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 66 of I.T. Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police intercepted the petitioner with his motorcycle. It is alleged that one Kaushal Kumar was indulged in fraud of A.T.M. Cards. It is further alleged that Kaushal Kumar makes available A.T.M. Cards and petitioner withdraws money. It is further alleged that room of petitioner was searched by the police, from where several articles were recovered as mentioned in the written report.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58049 of 2018 (3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no any allegation against this petitioner that he has cheated anybody. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S.
