This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.227 of 2017 arising out of Kasba P.S.Case No.157 of 2016, for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the deceased by assault.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she was married with other persons and later on she married with this petitioner and story of assault by lathi and danda is false and concocted. Further submission is that he is in custody for about seven month. The charge has also been framed in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46415 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 Having heard both sides and in view of allegation and the dead-boy was found in the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, since the charge has been framed in this case, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
