2. The present M.J.C. is filed for modification of the order dated 09.03.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 25794 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1371 of 2022 dt.28-02-2024 2/2 2019 is nothing but reviewing the order, therefore, M.J.C. for modification of the order is not permissible. Modification of any order is permissible only if there are any typographical error or clerical error. On the other hand, relief sought in the present petition would lead to modifying the original order itself. In such circumstances, petitioner has a remedy of filing Review petition or in the alternative to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
