ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being the Bhaisur and Gotani of the deceased lady, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No.81 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and they have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that they had no role in the demand for dowry. The husband of the victim lady is already in custody.

No.47079 of 2016 (2) dt.23-11-2016 2/2 Considering the general nature of allegations made against these two petitioners and that they have been living separately from the husband of the deceased lady, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No.81 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
