JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is being prosecuted in a case under Sections 341, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

A perusal of the FIR would show that there is direct allegation of firing against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant submits that injury has been found to be grievous one and there is a finding of the doctor that this a case of fracture of right transverse process of L1 vertebra and extensive soft issue edema and inflammation on right side of back from D12-L5 vertebra. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44625 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 upper pole laceration with subcapsular hematoma in the right kidney.

In view of the serious nature of injury, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
