Petitioner is accused in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, daughter of the informant, being major, solemnized marriage with co-accused Abhimanyu Kushwaha, according to her sweet will and also obtained Marriage Certificate, which is evident from Annexure-2 and 3 to the application. Petitioner is only the relative of the co-accused. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58336 of 2018(3) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018.
