2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153(A), 379, 354, 380, 382, 120B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, the petitioners and other accused persons entered into the house of the informant and abused her and also tore her religious books. The petitioner no.1 tried to disrobe her and petitioner no.2 pulled the informant by her hair and pushed her on ground.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46082 of 2023(6) dt.30-01-2024 2/2 offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. He submits that no person has got injured in the alleged occurrence. He further submits that the occurrence took place on 29.09.2019 and the complaint has been lodged on 14.10.2019 i.e. after a delay of 15 days without giving any plausible explanation regarding the said delay. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.333 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) shikha/- U T
