The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 registered under Section 47A of the Excise Act.
The accusation is that on raid by informant being member of Jiwika Samuh, one Galan, containing 10 litres country made liquor, recovered from the hut of the petitioner and also 15 litres Chhoya mixed with Mahua recovered behind the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is further submitted that informant, who has

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
