2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with B.P. Nagar P.S. Case No. 834 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 140(2), 140(3), 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and others is of kidnapping Priya Kumari.

4. During investigation, it has come that there was some dispute over some money of investors because of which the petitioner and others are said to have taken Priya Kumari to Biharsharif. It does not appear to be a case of kidnapping for ransom and appears to be a business dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Krishna Nagar P.S.
