Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Petitioner is driver of a four wheeler from which huge quantity of liquor was recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2019. The prosecution report has been submitted in this case.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of two months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
