Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Five person including the petitioner allegedly fired at the deceased causing his death. The Doctor found five gun shot injury on the person of the deceased. Some other coaccused carrying similar allegation have already been allowed regular bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2014. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.59679 of 2018(4) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Halsi Police Station Case No.131 of 2012(S.T. No.260 of 2016), subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
