Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.6.2016 but earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that case has been registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, though injured sustained simple injury. He further submits that injury report of the injured is vague and appears to be doubtful. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge V, Darbhanga in Sessions trial no. 92/2017 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case no. 238/2016.
