It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the order of this Court dated 23.11.2023 passed in CWJC No. 8376 of 2023 has been complied and an order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas on the fresh application filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license, rejecting the prayer of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the Commissioner concerned.
