The petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2017 in Suiya P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 registered for the offence under section 30(d), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been made accused on an allegation of recovery of about 30 Kilogram of Mahua flower.
