The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case NO. 17/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 354(c), 376, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that victim is major. There was love affair between the informant/victim and petitioner. The relationship later on got broken. Thereafter the instant case has been filed. The victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Copy of aforesaid statement is annexed as Annexure-2, from which it appears that informant was having love affair with petitioner for about one year. She has stated in her statement that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41281 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 when her marriage was fixed with another boy, this petitioner made her photo viral. She has stated her age to be 22 years and she is a student of B.A. Part III.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj Mahila P.S. Case NO. 17/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
