It appears from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 that the petitioner has already filed a Mining Appeal Case No. 56 of 2022 and the same was dismissed vide order dated 26.11.2024 and the petitioner had not challenged the same as yet in the present writ petition. And it also appears that the petitioner has come before this Court for

Patna High Court CWJC No.10022 of 2024(4) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 disposal of the appeal which was pending before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Siwan (Respondent No. 4).

3. In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the State, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
