2. Mr. Ajit Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the Central Bank of India informs this Court that the designation of the concerned Officer was not known to the petitioner-Opposite Party or to the concerned counsel, who had appeared on behalf

Patna High Court MJC No.1976 of 2024(3) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 of the Central Bank of India, as such, at Paragraph No.13 of judgment dated 16.05.2024, the name of the concerned Disciplinary Authority has incorrectly been typed as "[the Zonal Manager, Central Bank of India, Zonal Office, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna (respondent no.2)]", which is required to be deleted and substituted by "the Chief Manager, Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Gaya".

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, in Paragraph No.13 of judgment dated 16.05.2024 passed in CWJC No.19367 of 2016, the words "[the Zonal Manager, Central Bank of India, Zonal Office, Maurya Lok Complex, Patna (respondent no.2)]" are deleted and at its place the words "the Chief Manager, Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Gaya" is substituted and the other parts of the judgment dated 16.05.2014 passed in CWJC No.19367 of 2016 shall remain intact.

4. The judgment dated 16.05.2024 passed in CWJC No.19367 of 2016 is modified to the above extent. (Purnendu Singh, J) chn/- U
