2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 4.920 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from in front of the house of the petitioner no. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest / surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Jalalpur P.S.
