The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar (Branti O.P.) P.S Case No. 197 of 2018, dated 09.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner along with others is alleged to have been seen by the informant, who is wife of the deceased, running away from the place of occurrence. Apart from the aforesaid statement of the informant, there is no other incriminating material against the

During the course of investigation, one Ranjeet Kumar @ Guddu is said to have been arrested who also named the petitioner and others. Aforesaid Ranjeet Kumar @ Guddu has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Mr. Bhola Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the deceased was made accused in the case of murder of one Raj Kumar, in which case, the petitioner was helping the prosecution side. Hence, his false implication. He has further testified to the fact that in the entire police papers, no material except suspicion has been collected against the petitioner. In the earlier case in which the petitioner was found involved, he is on bail.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to
