The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the daughter and son of the informant by the petitioner and other accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury is simple in nature as opined by the doctor as mentioned in para-6(xi) of the petition. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 (GR No. 2195 of 2022), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
