2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 118(1), 109(1), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently for some time, realizing his difficulty seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no. 2, Sachin Bind @ Saudagar Bind.

5. It is next submitted that petitioner no.1 is a person with

No.42065 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/3 clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he had gone to see the crop of his master, where accused persons came and Sachin assaulted by hasuli causing injury on ears, thereafter, Rajgir, Jaikal and Uttam assaulted by lathi on leg, back and head, thereafter, other accused persons also assaulted and took away his chain, watch, mobile along with Rs.8,000/-, further when the owner of the field came he took him to the hospital.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case on account of dispute relating to land. It is also submitted that specific allegation of assaulting the informant by hasuli is against Sachin and the allegation of assault against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature.

7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42065 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 3/3 is pending/successor court in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
