====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that trial is at the advance stage. All the prosecution witnesses have been examined. The case is pending for examination of defence witnesses. The statement of accused under Section 313 Cr. P.C. has also been recorded.

In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56815 of 2018(4) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order without giving unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
