The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was purchaser of the stolen motorcycle and he has not committed any offence and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion and nothing had been recovered from his conscious possession. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017.
