Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 310 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 376D of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implication in this case with false allegations. As a matter of fact, the allegations levelled are not supported by the medical report as contained in Annexure- 2 and 2(A). Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 310 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
