This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No.3129 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 506, 341 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner, who is still ready to keep his wife.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides. In view of the facts that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife, let the petitioner surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.457 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 before the court below within a period of four weeks and the court below will enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to his satisfaction and will issue notice to the wife of the petitioner and try to settle dispute as the petitioner has stated that he is ready to keep his wife and after meditation and considering the materials, as derived from the mediation, he will pass appropriate order either confirming the provisional bail of the petitioner or any other order as deems fit and proper.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
