09.10.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 vide order dated 28.10.2014 passed by Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Darbhanga in B.P. No. 125 of 2014 in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 280 of 2013 (S.Tr. No. 319 of 2014) on the ground that there had been wrong submission with regard to withdrawal of their bail application in the Court below even though their bail application was still pending before this Court. I find from the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20167 of 2014 that the application was withdrawn on 16.10.2014 and it is only thereafter that the bail of the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3 was confirmed by the Court below.

In such circumstances, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
