The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2017 in connection with ChandraMandih P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013 for the offence registered under Sections 395, 412, 307, 353, 121, 121A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-A), 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has surfaced in connection with the present case on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one coaccused, Janki Mandal and, thereafter, there has been no recovery from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade till date.

No.48403 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with Trial No. 266 of 2017 arising out of Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013.
