Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 10.1.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.466 of 2004 pending in the court of Sri A. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Rosera, Samastipur.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- per month instead of Rs.750/- to the Opposite Party No.2.
