The petitioner has filed this application for modification of the order dated 06.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39944 of 2016 and extension of time to return the money to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 06.12.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39944 of 2016 on his undertaking to return Rs.6,50,000/- within one month from the date of his release. The petitioner was released on bail, but the petitioner could not be able to return the amount. Therefore, some more time may be granted to the petitioner to refund the money.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1011 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 It appears that, if the petitioner himself undertook to return Rs.6,50,000/- to the informant within one month from the date of his release and he himself stated that he is not able to make payment and prays to extend the period of aforesaid time to return the money, I do not find any reason to extend the period which the petitioner himself undertook before passing of the order dated 06.12.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this petition is dismissed.
