The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As alleged, FIR has been lodged after finding of not matching thumb impression of 71 candidates in the process of selection and appointments of the driver conducted by Bihar Staff Selection Commission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and petitioner has got clean antecedent. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52796 of 2021(3) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 46868 of 2021.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and no criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XI, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
