====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The claim of the petitioners in the instant case is based on misconstruction of award of 20% marks for past experience. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are entitled to 20% as point for past experience.

In fact 20 marks is only available for experience. The Division Bench of this Court has already considered the issue of award of 20% marks for experience in the case of Chhotelal Chaudhary vs. The State of Bihar & ors. reported as

Patna High Court CWJC No.21922 of 2014 dt.05-10-2018 2/2 2014(3)PLJR 606.

In view of the Division Bench judgment in the case of Chhotelal Chaudhary (supra), the Court does not find any merit in the writ application as by adding 20 marks for experience, petitioners do not come within the zone of selection. The writ application is accordingly dismissed.
