JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 15-07-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to implead the Competent Authority-cum-District Land Acquisition Officer, Aurangabad as respondent no. 4 in course of the day.

2. Heard Mr. Waliur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner as also Mr. Sanat Kumar Mishra representing the NHAI.

3. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For direction upon the respondent authority to consider my representation dated 15.04.2025 and dispose of or pass an appropriate order and prepare an award in the name of petitioner and his family member pertaining to Khata no. 54, Plot No. 632, area 10 dismal.

(ii) Further also restrain the respondent authority not to take the physical possession of the land indicated above prior to preparation of an award and further payment of compensation.

(iii). Further also direct the respondent authority to refer the matter to an appropriate authority for the fair decision of the apportionment of the compensation among the person interested if any accordance with law.

(iv). To pass such order or orders which deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be making a proper representation along with the relevant documents before the Competent Authority for the redressal of the grievance.

5. Learned State Counsel submits that if such petition

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority who shall be after noticing all the relevant parties including respondent no. 9, Bashist Singh shall take the matter to its logical conclusion by 31.12.2025.
