2. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 338/2024 arising out of Agrer P.S. Case No. 04/2024 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 302, 436, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioners along with other accused persons were involved in lynching one Chinta Devi due which she died.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioners were rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 37538 of 2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of these petitioners are again rejected.

6. The petitioners are at liberty that if trial is not concluded within one year then the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail before the Trial Court.
