Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.162 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354 , 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner no.2 is full brother of the informant. The other two petitioners are agnates of the informant. The petitioners are residing at same place and on account of land dispute, the occurrence took place. In the alleged occurrence the informant sustained injuries over left leg, lower back and pain in chest, which are found simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14672 of 2018 (3) dt.05-04-2018 The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed and the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the likewise amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.162 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. (Sanjay Kumar, J) Harish/- U
