JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Dhoriya P.S. Case No.52 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother of the boy with whom the girl has eloped. Learned counsel submits that the girl is a major one and both boy and girl has not come to the house. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the couple and therefore they have also impleaded by the parents of the girl as an accused.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53266 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, she shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
