No. 4657 of 2013 which was dismissed on 12.03.2014. Keeping in view the reasons indicated in the application, the same is allowed. M.J.C. No. 4657 of 2013 is restored to its original file.

M.J.C. No. 4657 of 2013 has been restored today in view an order passed in M.J.C. No. 4715 of 2014 and as this application is for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 8059 of 2013, it is taken up for consideration.

C.W.J.C. No. 8059 of 2013 was filed by the petitioner and it was the grievance of the petitioner in the said writ petition that the private land of the petitioner has been

In the writ petition show-cause notices were issued and no counter affidavit was filed but on account of non-appearance of the petitioner in the writ petition on 19.07.2013 the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances and the reasons indicated in the application explaining nonappearance of the petitioner and his counsel on 19.07.2013 when C.W.J.C. No. 8059 of 2013 was taken up for hearing, this Court finds justification for the same and the reasons being bona fide, this application is allowed. C.W.J.C. No. 8059 of 2013 is restored to its original file. It be placed for orders before the appropriate Bench.

The applications stand disposed of.
