This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main allegation of attempt to commit rape is against co-accused, Krishna Ram. In the subsequent occurrence the petitioner and others allegedly committed assault. Submission is that there is case and counter case and the allegation is ornamental one.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as the fact that the petitioner, above named, is a female, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 286 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
