No.30698 of 2013, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 2.8.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 2.8.2016 his Clerk had fallen ill as a result of which list could not be marked properly and because of that he failed to appear before the Court when the case was called out. Having regard to the submissions advanced at the Bar, the application is allowed. Let Cr.Misc. No.30698 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
