Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 120B of the Indian penal Code.
As per the report dated 7.4.2018 submitted by the ADJ-II, Jehanabad in compliance of the last order of this Court, let the court below take all steps for conclusion of the trial within six months.
Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) N.H./- U T
