The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.61 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

About Rs.11,00,000/- has been looted from a finance company by unknown criminals. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2024.

The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation in the self inculpatory statement of one Rahul Kumar @ Raja Singh @ Babu Sahab. The petitioner is accused in seven more serious criminal cases. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not
