The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 323, 341, 504, 506, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by 22.06.2022, this Court has referred the matter to the Patna High Court Mediation Center to resolve the dispute between the parties. As a result whereof, both the parties have compromised the matter on 16.08.2022 before the learned Mediator. Learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52786 of 2021(5) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 handed over a cheque of Rs.4 lakhs to learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 in Court.

Perused the case record along with the report of the learned Mediator which is at Flag-E to this application. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 concedes to the aforesaid fact.

In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.31/2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C., Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
