The petitioner seeks regular bail in Manjhaulia P.S.Case No.140/17 for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 324,307 and 379 of I.P.C..
Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a single knife blow on Anjarul Ansari causing injury in his abdomen which is grievous in nature.
Submission is that the there is no repetition of knife blow. The petitioner is the agnate of the informant and the informant was taken to the M.J.K. hospital and there is report of injury provided by the private doctor available on the recorcd.He is in jail custody for five months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and there is no repetition of knife blow and he is in custody for about five months having clean antecedent, let the petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettia, West Champaran, in Manjhaulia P.S. Case No.140 of 2017subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be of local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and he will cooperate in the trial and appear before the court below on each and every date fixed in the trial, failing which his bail bond will be cancelled.
